Metro Says Zeist Defaulted on Deal

METRO INTERACTIVE REVOKES ZEIST TECHNOLOGIES DEAL

Northridge, CA, February 22, 2010 – Metro Interactive, LLC announced today that it has canceled its licensing agreement with Zeist Technologies of Amsterdam as previously announced in October 2008.

“Zeist Technologies, an Amsterdam based adult content provider headed by Ben Jelloun, defaulted on its obligations, and Metro Interactive will take back all of Metro’s productions and operations.” stated Lesley Rich, the company’s General Counsel. “Rick Porras will continue as VP of Operations and Sales at Metro Interactive’s new Northridge, CA location, as the company restructures and revamps its future plans.” added Rich.
